Hi - I'm Matt! I believe that there is meaningful data in every action, reaction and interaction, and am passionate about making sense of it. I focus on the nexus between organisational psychology, technology and data-driven insights.
I'm an organisational psychologist and organisational development leader, specialising in people and culture insights, strategy and initiatives.
I'm also a proud husband to my beautiful wife Laura, dad to three amazing kids, and a Formula 1 nut.
